Dignity and Respect: Our Golden Rule
As Women veterans with PTSD, we face a myriad of challenges in accessing appropriate care and supportive services. There is limited availability of specialized treatments tailored towards our specific needs. Experiences such as Military sexual trauma (MST) have serious and long-lasting effects on women who experience it, including depression, anxiety, and difficulties with relationships and trust.
Golden Veteran Care recognizes and addresses the unique needs of women veterans by providing them with the support and resources necessary for healing and regaining stability.

Additional support is crucial in addressing the mental and physical well-being of women veterans to continue to ensure that they receive the comprehensive assistance they need to effectively cope with and overcome the obstacles they face.
